Book Finder Support

Email support@archivedpress.com with your Discord username and what you were doing. Please never send your Amazon password or one-time codes; we will never ask for them.

Common fixes

• "Not currently entitled": Book Finder needs membership of the Archived Academe Discord server and the Student role. If you just got the role, wait a minute and click Refresh.
• "Sign in to KDP first": open kdp.amazon.com in the same Chrome profile, sign in, then click Sync My KDP again.
• Sync found 0 titles: KDP may have changed its page layout. Upload a KDP report file from the connector instead, and tell us so we can update the connector.
• Report not recognised: export the report from KDP Reports again (Excel or CSV) and upload it unchanged.
• Disconnect a device: click Disconnect in the connector popup. Your Book Finder data stays on your profile.
